Nuluv is a brand designed exclusively for new born babies and toddlers, up to the age of two years. We cover all the needs of the baby from head to toe. Keeping the carbon footprint at a minimum is one of our primary goals; not only are our products made of the most natural fabrics making it the best choice for your baby but we also consciously think of planet wellness in the making and distribution of our products.

Order Related FAQs  

What's the minimum order value required to place an order? 

When there is no upper limit to your order then how can there be a minimum order value? For the convenience of our customers, there is no minimum order value.  

How do I know my order has been confirmed?  

Whenever you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation text or email from Nuluv.  

How do I check my order status?  

Follow the steps mentioned below to check your order status. ● Go to the ‘track order’ section. ● Enter your email and password (if existing user), else sign up as a ‘new user’. ● Check the order status.  

Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online at Nuluv?  

Yes, customers can use credit cards on our website. We take the utmost care of the sensitive data of our customers and strictly adhere to RBI guidelines.  

What if an item is out of stock?  

If an item is out of stock, you can call us to check the availability and make an advance payment for it, for the time when it is available. You can also wait for the product to come back in stock. 

How are the products packaged?  

We use premium packaging for all our products. We pack our products in boxes, which are further covered in a plastic layer. Any fragile product in your order is further wrapped in bubble wrap. 

Do you deliver products outside India?  

Currently, we ship only within India. The plan is to start international shipping soon. One step at a time, we are only getting started.   

Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?  

No, it is not essential to register before placing an order. You only register when you place an order with us. This registration is needed for us to provide you with a better delivery service and a better experience in future.  

How long will it take to receive my orders?  

We usually dispatch most orders within one to four (1 to 4) business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)  

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?  

Yes, you can place an order multiple times for different addresses. I do not understand what this implies. Can someone please clarify what our policy regarding the same is?  

Who pays for the shipping charges?  

Shipping charges will be calculated along with your bill that you will be paying at the checkout and thus you do not have to pay any delivery charges at the time of delivery. You can choose to pay a tip, if you desire.   

Is COD available? 

Yes, COD is available. 

 What is GST?  

The goods and services tax (GST) is a value-added tax levied on most goods and services sold for domestic consumption. The GST is paid by consumers but it is remitted to the government by the businesses selling the goods and services. 

 How is the GST amount calculated over and above the discounted price?  

GST is calculated as per the type of item specified by the Government of India.  

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery? 

If you are not available at the time of delivery, then you can tell the delivery agent in advance to come at a specific time as per your availability. In case you aren’t available for a longer span of time, then you may request your neighbours or relatives to receive the item on your behalf. However, Nuluv isn’t liable for any loss/damage to the item in the above case.   

What is your Refund Policy?  

We offer refunds through two different methods 

  • Replacement: In case a product is found to be defective or out of stock, you can choose any other product instead of what you ordered.  
  • Money refund: Genuine cases of a defective product delivered to you qualify for a full refund in case the customer doesn’t opt for store credits.
